(More customer reviews)I got the Bender Ball for my daughter for Christmas.She likes it a lot, and still uses it.I've used it a couple of times, and it does seem to make doing crunches a little more comfortable.
However, if you order from their website, be very careful to opt OUT of this special program they have.It's very deceptive, in my opinion - I never noticed that I was "signing up" for this, until the DVDs started to arrive and I began noticing charges on my credit card.The first time I tried to call and cancel, I called 4 separate times from different phones, and they kept telling me they "couldn't hear me", although I could hear them fine.
I disputed the charges on my credit card, and as of today I talked to an actual person and cancelled the program.I have sent the DVDs back and am reasonably optimistic that the charges will go away eventually, but I'll still be out the postage to send these stupid things back.
