(More customer reviews)This is a ridiculous excuse for a Zumba class. I have been to Zumba classes and LOVED it. It is fun with great instructors. This DVD has these women vibrating all over the screen with hardly any clothes on. It barely gives any instruction. stupid.

Celebrity fitness trainer "Beto" Perez stumbled upon the concept of Latin-inspired dance fitness in his native Cali, Colombia, in the mid-'90s.
