(More customer reviews)So far it seems to be doing it's job, but it's creaky and the pedals are wobbly.I think mine may have been damaged in shipping, as it definitely is off center.The packaging was nothing more than placing the item a cardboard box - there was no additional foam or padding.Also, the end cap pieces keep falling off and will need to be glued in.Luckily I'm not a heavy user, as I'm not sure how long this thing's going to last.It does, however, do it job (so far), so I can't rate it too low.If it didn't cost so much to ship I'd probably send it back.I will probably stay away from this manufacturer in the future as well as the quality is just too shoddy.
