(More customer reviews)This is harder than it looks.I find it impossible to do without holding on to a chair.The pedals slide smoothly but there is no automatic dip in the center so you have to push one way and pull hard the other.It's a really good workout once you get used to it.No pain in my back or knees from doing the exercise.
