The simple fact is that there are instances where only a specialized piece of exercise equipment can do the best job in hitting certain muscles in a certain way. There is no substitute for Power Wheel pikeups, or certain animal movements. I consider the Power Wheel to be one of the top 3 pieces of exercise specific equipment a person could have. Plus it can be used as an ab wheel....two birds with one stone. And it is $25 less than the "Ab Grinder."
