(More customer reviews)They should use lock tite before sending this item out. I've had to pull it apart 3 times now to rebuild this item. Other than that I use it everyday.

The vibrator plate, which is topped by a non-skid rubber mat, not only vibrates but moves up and down. Handle-bar height is adjustable.
